This project consists of two distinct homes thoughtfully designed as separate—but harmonious—wings for entertaining, sleeping, and dining. Though they appear from a distance as a single, grand boathouse, each dwelling is tailored to the unique needs and aesthetics of its respective family.

This home-away-from-home showcases exquisite craftsmanship and a thoughtfully curated palette of natural, grounding materials that seamlessly connect it to its surrounding landscape. Elements include timber flooring and ceiling sarking, dry-stacked natural stone, slabs of Michelangelo marble, vertical timber wall paneling, and Tundra stone—each bringing texture, warmth, and visual harmony to the space. By blending polished stone surfaces with rich, organic woods, the design achieves a tactile contrast that feels luxurious yet authentic, embodying a modern interpretation of biophilic design.
